So, tomorrow is my long run, and I desperately need it to be good! I have been struggling to get past 11.7 miles for 3 weeks....and I'm OVER IT!
Tomorrow, I will kick the ass of 13 miles, that's right, all freaking 13.

Memo to my Left Foot:
Buck up buddy, tomorrow you are going to get after all 13 miles AND like it! There will be NO BLISTERS. Just go along with the plan, it's very easy, as a matter of fact you don't even have to do it by yourself, as I'm sure you know "Right Foot" has been there every step of the way, dividing up the work and picking up the slack. Let's all show up tomorrow, 100%, and have a great run.

Come on Left Foot, you can do it!!!!!!
