Just wanted to get a quick update in! I went for more PT on Saturday morning, then was allowed to run 4 miles on Sunday. My run went REALLY well, I averaged around a 9:30 pace and my hips felt really good. There was some tightness after 2 miles, but it didn't continue to get worse, so I think that's a good sign!
I go for more PT on Tuesday and Thursday morning, so we'll see how it all goes!
