Partial Update

Just wanted to get a quick update in! I went for more PT on Saturday morning, then was allowed to run 4 miles on Sunday. My run went REALLY well, I averaged around a 9:30 pace and my hips felt really good. There was some tightness after 2 miles, but it didn't continue to get worse, so I think that's a good sign!
I go for more PT on Tuesday and Thursday morning, so we'll see how it all goes!
I have some fun stories from the weekend, hopefully I'll get to post on those tonight!

PT is no fun at all, but hopefully it'll get your foot back to normal and you won't be feeling any pain after two miles.

Hurry up with the weekend stories, we will all be looking forward to those.
