The weather is looking good for Sunday, high of 66 low of 50, 20% chance of precipitation. I think I'm sticking with wearing my shorts....any thoughts on this? Do you think my legs will be too cold? I'm figuring that the temp for most of my run will be between 50-58.

Defintely shorts, but then again I am a guy and most guys will; even if it is in the 30's. Legs are the largest muscle in the body and they generate a lot of heat, so you should be good to go. Now upper body may be different.
Really awesome. Go with the shorts, but have maybe some light sweatpants that you can throwaway at the start or first few miles if it's still cold on marathon morning.
You should be fine with shorts. I wore them in my 5K the other day and the start temp was 45 degrees. They were chilly waiting around but warmed up easily in the first half mile!

I'm wearing shorts and probably a long sleeve shirt.
The weather will be quite spectacular down in DC area compared to some others that will be running Buffalo/Niagara Falls marathon. I'd rather be running in the Marine Corps than to freeze my butt by Niagara Falls.
