I've been tagged!

Thanks to Nike Mom and Teacherwoman for tagging me! Sorry it's taken so long for me to "get it done"!!!
So, here are the rules - list 6 things I value and 6 things I don't and then pass this award on to 6 people!
What I Value
Honesty and Integrity
Friends and Family
Animals
Creativity
Physical Strength
Choices

What I Don't Value
People who are deceitful
Taking the easy way out
Too many Friday nights without plans
People that are Self Righteous
Dissappointment
The current economy

Now to pass it on, if I tag you and you were already tagged...sorry!

I've been tagged, but much like you I haven't decided to do it right away. It's been crazy here at work. I hope that you had a great weekend.

Yoga and shopping?!? Yay!

And not to pick, but there's SOME value in disappointment. We can always learn from the past, right? Even if it's lead to disappointment.

Just my 2 cents.

Glad you are enjoying the "chill-time" after the marathon.

Words of Wisdom

"Promise yourself to be so strong that nothing will disturb your peace of mind.
See the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true.
Think only of the best, work only for the best and expect only the best.
Forget about the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.
Spend so much time on the improvement of yourself that there is no time to criticize others.
Live in the faith that the whole world is on your side so long as you are true to the best that is in you."
~ Chistian Dior

"Trust yourself. You know more than you think you do."
- Dr. Spock

"Fall in love or fall in hate. Get inspired or be depressed. Ace the test or flunk the class. Make babies or make art. Speak the truth or lie and cheat. Dance on tables or sit in the corner. Life is divine chaos. Embrace it. Forgive yourslef. Breathe. And enjoy the ride. "
